**Access:** You must ensure that the delivery and collection of the skip can be carried out without causing damage to property or inconvenience to others.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms:

Pricing: The cost of skip hire depends on the size of the skip and the duration of the hire period. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Method: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified during booking.
Late Payment: Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges as specified in the rental agreement.

4. Responsibilities of the Client

Clients must adhere to the following obligations:

**Permits:** It is the client's responsibility to obtain any necessary permits for skip placement on public or private land.
**Weight Limits:** Do not overload the skip beyond the maximum weight capacity. Overloading can result in additional fees or removal of excess waste.
**Prohibited Items:** The following items are strictly prohibited from being disposed of in the skip:
- Hazardous waste (e.g., chemicals, asbestos, batteries)
- Electrical appliances containing refrigerants
- Medical waste
- Tyres and certain types of construction debris
**Skip Location:** Ensure that the skip is placed on a stable and level surface to prevent tipping or movement during use.

5. Responsibilities of Ickenham Skip Hire

We commit to the following:

**Delivery and Collection:** Prompt delivery and collection of skips as per the agreed schedule.
**Compliance:** Adhering to all relevant waste disposal regulations and environmental standards.
**Condition:** Providing skips that are in good condition and suitable for the intended use.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our policies regarding cancellations and refunds are as follows:

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery to avoid cancellation fees.
Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated time will be processed promptly. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to a percentage of the total hire cost.

7. Liability

Ickenham Skip Hire is not liable for:

**Damage:** Any damage to property caused by the placement or removal of the skip, unless due to our negligence.
**Personal Injury:** Injuries sustained during the use of the skip, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
**Lost or Damaged Property:** Any loss or damage of items placed in the skip after its collection.

8. Insurance

Clients are advised to have appropriate insurance coverage for any potential damages or incidents related to skip placement and use. Ickenham Skip Hire maintains its own liability insurance but does not cover the client's property or injury.

9. Governing Law

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

15. Force Majeure

Rescheduling: Efforts will be made to reschedule services at a mutually convenient time without additional charges.

16. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ickenham Skip Hire, its officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the client's use of the skip hire services, including but not limited to misuse of the skip or non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
